Going to Cali for me meant time to show off my best chokers and sunnies, so I HAD to show you guys the exact ones I wore all week. If you know me, I find it almost impossible to pack normally and according to a certain limit, because-naturally- I want to pack everything. But for this trip that was "not allowed," as my family said, who by the way has to put up with my complaining and stress while packing. So I did just what I was told. I brought exactly what I knew I was going to wear - no options. Yeah it was hard for me, but from that process I learned what my GO TO items were throughout the trip. Check out my Cali wardrobe:
recently I have been absolutely obsessed with three particular things:
1. nude nails
2. mixing metals
3. Dior inspired sunglasses
And of course, I couldn't leave the house this morning without any of those important details!

I am so so sooooo into this summer fashion theme: Boho Style! It is so much fun to play around with. With the abundant amount of textures, patterns, and colors the outcome of any look is unique and stylish. Post coming soon: My fav items this month!
Ever struggle to find out what works well with culottes? Or bright colors like orange? Think: textures.
Contrasting textures work very well together, not clashing textures that are too similar. This works for bold colors too; You can't pair a bright orange like this with a bright red, so instead you have to pair it with a softer color that will allow the bright one to stand out as the focus of the outfit. And voila! You have a perfectly balanced outfit!
I decided that a pale white Topshop sweater would pair well with these culottes from H&M. And of course nice earrings always top off the look. Check out the details of this look in my outfits section on the blog!
Lets be real. We know that summer is not entirely 100 degrees all the time, so occasionally we do find ourselves searching through our winter buckets for a warm sweater. Luckily I found some pieces that are both comfortable and stylish for those moments when the weather is a little colder than you anticipated (which sucks). It's always good to be prepared.
Having trouble finding a chic outfit to wear to work? This look is perfect for just that!
A nice lace top can always pair well with a pencil skirt and of course a choker!

As you may see in vogue, stars and stripes are very in for spring, so I wanted to try my own take on the combination.
